Refund policy

At Swing Green Society, we want you to love every piece you wear on and off the course. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Accessories marked final sale

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer exchanges based on available inventory. If your requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
